Please read through carefully the Terms and Conditions set out below. By placing an Order on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which will apply to any purchase. Please print these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Purchase Contract
The steps required to create a contract between you and Us are as follows: You place the Order for your Product on the website, We will confirm acceptance of your Order by Us sending you an email to the email address you have provided to Us. At this point the Purchase Contract will be made, and We will supply the goods in accordance with your Order and the Terms and Conditions.
Shopping With Us
Shopping with us could not be any easier. After having decided what you want to purchase, click the 'Buy button' or 'Click To Order button'. You will now be taken to your personal Shopping Cart. At this stage you can either continue shopping, or you can process your order via the three payment partners we use; PayPal, WorldPay or Google Checkout .
Payment:
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rates (17.5%), and are correct at the time you confirm your Order - and, if you are lucky enough to be a UK mainland resident, and spend more than £30, you will get FREE delivery.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that you use for payment is yours, and that you are over 18 years old. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card
issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to Us, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted: Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Euro card, American Express, Switch, Maestro and Solo.
Delivery Information
United Kingdom (Mainland):
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from order time during working hours. Moreover, if placed before 14:00 hours, We will do our best to dispatch your Order the same day. Please allow up to 5 working days for your Order to arrive. In most cases it will arrive within 48 hours.
Orders made on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
Please note: During times of peak seasonal demand (especially at Christmas), there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your Order, so please allow extra time for delivery. Thank you.
Delivery method:
All Orders being dispatched to UK mainland addresses are sent using Royal Mail Recorded or City Link Next Business Day service.
Delivery Charges:
Free when you spend over £30
Please be aware: If your Order is returned to Us through the post marked 'undelivered', through no fault of our own, you will be responsible for the extra delivery charge to cover the second delivery attempt, before We can send your Order back out to you.
Northern Ireland, Europe and non European countries:
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours from order time during working hours. Moreover, if placed before 14:00 hours (GMT), We will do our best to dispatch your Order the same day. Please allow up to 10 working days for your Order to arrive. In most cases it will arrive within 5 working days.
For delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country when ordering goods from watchesshop.com.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from watchesshop.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Returns Policy
We are certain that you will be delighted with your purchase. However in the event that you are not entirely happy with your Order, you may return it. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Unwanted Goods/Exchanges:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or even if you just changed your mind, do not worry! We offer you a 14 days return period in which you can send Us back the Product(s) you have purchased, have been handled with reasonable care. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the Product(s) to Us, unless the Product shipment was in error on our part.
Please contact Us by email, to inform Us of your wish to return the Product(s) or phone Us on: +44 (0)8707 667 654 (Calls charged at national rates from a BT landline other service providers prices may vary). We shall refund the full payment to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of the date of return of the Product(s).
Please note: Earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty, due to hygiene reasons. We reserve the right to return to you any Product(s) that are shipped back to Us without prior notice.
Faulty Goods:
All items are thoroughly inspected for defects before they are dispatched. Upon delivery, you must inspect the Product(s) and notify Us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your Order. If the Product(s) are faulty you must return them promptly to Us and, upon receipt, We shall refund the Full Price of the Product(s) and/or exchange the Product(s) at your request. If you receive an item from Us which is faulty, please contact Us by email to inform Us within 7 days of receipt. Thank you. We will advise you as to how to send Us back the faulty product(s). In the event of you returning faulty Product(s) to Us, We will also refund to you the cost of the return postage.

Please be sure to contact Us first before you send back your Product(s). We ask that you send your Product(s) back to Us pre-paid, and insured for the full purchase price, using Royal Mail Special delivery (UK residents) or similar service in your own country (We will not be responsible for items that have been lost or damaged during transit).
Please include a brief description of the fault, and your Order number, with your returned Product(s), this will help Us deal with your problem quickly and efficiently.

Warranty Information
Watches
The manufacturer's warranty covers your watch against material and manufacturer defects that exist at the time of delivery.
In general, the manufacturer's warranty only covers the watch movement for the full warranty period, from the date of purchase. Stones/crystals, bracelets and straps are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, unless your watch was damaged/faulty on arrival. Please check your watch fully when you receive it, if you find any problems; please contact Us as soon as possible.

Jewellery
The manufacturer's warranty covers your jewellery item against material and manufacturer defects that exist at the time of delivery. Please check your jewellery fully when you receive it, if you find any problems; please contact Us as soon as possible.

Has Your Item Developed A Fault?
Please read the manufacturer's warranty booklet that arrived with your Product(s), provided your fault is covered by the manufacturer's warranty; please send your Product(s) back to the manufacturer directly. The return's address for the manufacturer's service centre can normally be found in the back of the warranty booklet. Alternatively please contact us, and We will advise you on what you should do next.
Tip: If you have a battery powered watch, it may be worth having the battery replaced by your local high street dealer. Most Quartz batteries will need to be replaced every 2-3 years. Depending on the gap between manufacture and the day it was sold, the battery could already be 6-12 months old.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability:
(a) for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence
(b) under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
(c) for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
(d) for any matter for which it would be illegal for Us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability
None of these Terms and Conditions restricts any of your statutory rights.
Our maximum liability arising out of any Order for the supply of the Product(s) to you under this Contract will be limited to the Price of the Product(s) contained in your Order.
Subject to the above, We shall not be liable for any further claims for loss from, or in connection with, the supply of faulty Product(s), whether direct or indirect, consequential or otherwise, howsoever arising.

We may also collect information about your usage of the website, as well as information about you from emails and letters you send to us.

If you wish to do this, please contact Us. We are entitled to charge a fee of ten pounds Stirling to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information We hold about you.
Our Rights
We reserve the right not to accept an Order as a result of any of the following: the Product(s) you have ordered may be unavailable from stock, We no longer sell the Product(s), We are unable to obtain authorisation, for your payment or We have accidently displayed the wrong Price against the Product(s) on our Website at watchesshop.com. In the event that a Pricing error has occurred We will contact you first to let you know, and as soon as you inform Us in writing that you are happy to pay the correct amount, We will process your Order.
We further reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or change the Terms & Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the Website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Force Majeure:
If either party is affected any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party including, without limitation, any strike, lock-out or other industrial action (-Force Majeure-), it shall promptly notify the other party of the nature and extent of the circumstances in question.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, neither party shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement, or otherwise be liable to the other, for any delay in performance or the non-performance of any of its obligations under this Agreement, to the extent that the delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure of which it has notified the other party, and the time for performance of that obligation shall be extended accordingly.
Severance:
If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
Entire Contract:
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire Contract between Us and you.
Jurisdiction:
The Contract shall be governed by English law, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
