Amazon "Expedited" orders

The Amazon launch has had a fairly positive start, orders coming through regularly and feedback from customers who call to speak to us is very positive. We got an order today that was a bit different. The confirmation e-mail from Amazon was as normal, although the shipping section was labelled "Expedited" rather than "Standard". Embarassingly I had no idea what it meant at first, but after trawling the Amazon help system, and noticing the customer had paid more than usual it became clear it meant we should despatch right away. No problem there, order despatched same day.
What was really confusing was that the order didn't appear in Seller Central amongst all the other orders. The only way to reach it (I tried everything) was to search directly by the order number in the Amazon e-mail. Odd. Will ask Amazon why that is - if the e-mail hadn't come through we wouldn't have seen the order.

PS. Jewellery by D&G coming soon ;)
